The sizing is horrendous! I ordered a size large of a T-shirt and am a UK 10-12 but it was so tight! Also seen lots of other people say the cargos have horrible sizing too.

The worker was very rude.

Don't waste your time...
First off, their website and app has issues. It's extremely slow, allows you to add items to basket and when you check out, shows everything OOS. They're aware of this and their only advice is "delete your browser history and cookies and try again".

When it does finally work, my order was unfortunately lost. Their courier 'Sending' has shockingly bad reviews themselves so it's likely a common occurance for parcels to "go missing".

Regardless, I accepted this does happen however, the real issues then came from Stradivarius. I had to chase and chase and contact them through lots of different avenues; their chat function, email, twitter. All were very tiresome. I was repeatedly given very similar robotic responses (borderline sarcastic). I was told repeatedly to "wait a few more days". I was advised I would receive an update within 72h - I didn't.

They clearly have a very poor relationship with their courier (Sending) who do not even respond to them and in return, Stradivarius just ignore their customers and delay refunds and solutions.

If you try to make a complaint like I did a number of times, this is also ignored and not taken seriously!

I certainly won't be ordering from them again after my experience. They have no interest in customer experience and your opinion certainly does not matter to them! Just another faceless retailer.

I was ordering items for my holiday (which is usually a fun experience) which obviously never arrived in time or at all. But their attitude towards this when you contact them on chat was far from empathetic. The response I got was "OK" when I explained my order was for my holiday hence why I was worried and chasing it up.

I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand but with them being a well known brand owned by Inditex, I presumed they would have similar standards to Zara (who in my opinion are seamless) but they obviously don't and judging from other people's experiences, they have no desire to up their game any time soon!

Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk lending them your money for weeks on end with nothing in return and no sincere apology or understanding.

I bought a pair of cargo pants as a birthday present for my sister last month. After their first wash on a normal cycle they have discoloured! I have spoke to ‘Stradivarius’ on their chat, who assured me someone would be in touch to sort the issue. It has been a week since then and not heard anything…

I purchased a pair of jeans online. Ordered a size 12 but received a size 4. I tried again thinking I ordered incorrectly. guess what?? Size 4 again popped into my basket. I'm a Very very disappointed customer. Website is absolutely awful.

I bought a pair of shorts from here...my first ever purchase from them...I ordered a size 14 but they sent me a size 4!!!!!! I went back onto the website to order them again as I really liked them and im going on holiday on the 11th July...everytime I pressed a size 14 and added them to my basket the size " changed" to a size 4....so clearly this is what happened to my original order....I have ordered many times from other websites and have always got my correct size....I had a Web chat with customer services yesterday and today and have had no satisfaction...they are going to send me a return label and once they get them returned they will give me a refund....surely as this was not my fault they could send me my correct size...as I previously mentioned I'm going on holiday soon so I will need to try and get another pair of shorts....has not been a pleasant experience with stradivarus and as it was my first order from them I don't think I will be recommending them to anyone...this is really unfortunate as I really liked the shorts ?

I returned the item and i never received money back on my account .If you want to contact customer service it is useless, as they don't reply on email.

I ordered my clothes on Saturday and I have been waiting over a week for my order to be delivered. I don’t understand why the delivery takes so long it’s so ridiculous. The website says standard delivery is 3-5 working days but it’s just a lie!

I ordered a bag at Stradivarius Italy, and they say the item was delivered. The day it was marked as delivered (2 weeks ago), I went on email and told them that I was home all day, and nobody came.
I emailed them since each and every single day, and they always just said to wait, wait, wait. Then after 2 weeks they said again that the item was delivered on the date when it wasn't - 2 weeks before, and that's it. They are not responding, they don't want to resend the item, and they don't want to give my money back.

Still waiting for my refund. They are thieves

Really small sizing. I ordered a size up knowing that the brand runs small and both items were still too small to zip up or button up. I will have to return both items.

I purchased a purse when on a weekend break in April from their Cardiff shop. Within a week the whole zip had broken and purse unusable.
I sent an email to customer services but 4 weeks later have received no acknowledgment or refund

I ordered a pair of trousers in a 14, 1 up from my ‘normal’ size because i wanted them a bit loose. I could not get them above the middle of my thighs. So if you have any sort of figure i would avoid ordering because they simply will not fit. Cheers makes me feel really good about myself that does??

pricey and horrible quality! I got a pair of boots, £50, primark has better quality! they should be ashamed! well they are the same owners for Zara and Bershka!

I found a jacket on Asos that I loved which was Stradivarius, but they didnt have an 8 so I brought it direct. Having read all the reviews I didn't have very high hopes but I cant fault them? I ordered my demim jacket on Wednesday, it was delivered on Friday, the item is in perfect condition. The right size and the right product. Spot on!
